TXFCN - Website Redesign
Texas Family Care Network (TXFCN), a component of Pressley Ridge Texas, is a 501(c)(3) corporation focused on changing the child welfare system in the Deep East region of Texas. They needed a new site that would better highlight their mission and guide users through a more streamlined digital experience.
The Challenge
TXFCN’s site consists of important information that is highly valuable to families and organizations in the area, so we knew we needed a more conventional approach to present it all. In addition, the design itself needed a revamp.
Our Solution
We strategized an approach that would complement TXFCN’s brand colors in a way that wouldn’t distract from the important information presented on the site, but accentuate it. The information needed to be displayed in an architectural style that would be easily understood and clear to the user.
The Results
We helped the TXFCN team launch a fresh website via full design and development that not only brought their vision to life but constructed it in a way that would better present their information to users. In addition, the simplicity of their content management system now allows them to easily update content and resources when needed.
A note from the designer
We knew we needed to make the site as easy to navigate as possible as people come to TXFCN's website specifically looking for important information. We utilized Pressley Ridge's brand colors but made a unique site architecture for TXFCN. We wanted imagery that conveyed their story and their mission, and I believe the goal was accomplished in this site design.
