Inno Foods - "Where the Puff Are You? Social Campaign

Where the puff are you? That was the main question for this campaign—one that garnered a lot of social media attention for Inno Foods and a few local advertising awards to boot. What more could you ask for?

The Challenge

Inno Foods, a snack company based in Vancouver, wanted to launch a social campaign that would be heavily focused on user-generated content (UGC). This campaign would promote their Cluster Puffs products while also encouraging more community engagement on their Instagram and Facebook. 

Our Solution

We knew we needed to entice people to get involved, so we crafted a digital campaign as well as postcards that would be sent with customer orders. We encouraged people to show off where they were enjoying their Cluster Puffs, whether they were in Vancouver, New York, or even Paris!

The Results

This campaign was successful for Inno Foods and attracted a lot of attention from new and current customers. In fact, local advertising professionals appreciated this campaign so much that we were recognized with a Gold and Judge's Choice Award at the 2022 American Federation of the Greater Lehigh Valley ADDY Awards in the online/interactive social media campaign category.
