
ESWA - Website Redesign
Easton Suburban Water Authority (ESWA) recently underwent a rebrand and needed a fresh website that would incorporate their updated brand style. They called on Citro to strategize a new approach to their current site and implement design elements that would complement each other and blend into a more satisfying user experience.
The Challenge
ESWA is a site built on information. People in the area come to the site to get important information regarding their water quality status and ask questions about their bills. We knew we needed to present the most important information front and center.
Our Solution
Following their new brand look and feel, we were able to incorporate unique elements throughout the site that presented ESWA in a more casual light. We also enhanced site navigation for users to more easily find the information they’re looking for.
The Results
ESWA successfully launched their new site with a brand-new look that molded to their modernized style guide. Our strategic approach to design implementation presented a successful site redesign in a quick-turnaround fashion for the client. As a result, ESWA customers can experience a more flawless experience throughout the site.


A note from the designer
ESWA recently went through a rebrand, so we incorporated their new brand look throughout this site redesign. We were able to incorporate a lot of the elements into the design and have fun with their brighter colors. I definitely wanted to incorporate subtle hints of water throughout the site to play off of what they do, so we have wave lines around the footer as well as water drops for bullet points.
